Director, Founding Team
David McKinney
David is a pharmaceutical professional with a background in R&D and supply chain management at AstraZeneca. He now focuses on shaping global incentive models to support the development and sustainable access of novel antibiotics. David has spoken on antimicrobial policy for the European Commission and at leading international forums, driven by a commitment to advancing drug development for global health impact.

Director, Founding Team
Aanika Dalal
Aanika participated in the AIM Incubation Programme in 2023, through which she helped launch ARMoR. She is also a part-time applied mathematics student at the University of Texas at Austin and recipient of an NGA fellowship grant for independent research and career development.

Senior Program Director
Dr. Adnaan Ghanchi
Adnaan is a medical doctor with a decade of experience in health care and public health. He worked as Academic Clinical Fellow at the University of Cambridge and honorary researcher at Queen Mary’s Health Evidence Centre. He contributed to the NHS 10-Year Health Plan, Cambridge Biosecurity Hub and nutrition research funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. His interest lies in technology, complex systems, and disruptive capital — and their potential to transform people’s lives.

Head of Research
Mo Putera
Mo is a researcher at ARMoR. He worked for 6 years in data analytics and project management roles in industry before transitioning to applied research in global health, supported by an Open Philanthropy career grant. He has a BS in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles, studying on a full-ride National Scholarship sponsored by the Malaysian government, and is a graduate of the AIM Incubation Programme.

Senior Research Consultant
Chloe Lee
Chloe was a strategy consultant at Accenture with experience developing business opportunities and optimisation. She pivoted into public health and has since worked on various research and policy projects on biotechnology governance, indoor air quality, and antimicrobial resistance. She is passionate about strengthening global health funding and infrastructure and is working part-time on research.
Meet our Advisors

Alex Bongers
Alex is a pharmacist with 10+ years experience in procurement for public and private clients in Australia, Asia, Africa, and the Pacific. He worked on procurement and supply chain projects for the WHO, Crown Agents, Global Fund, Fleming Fund, and the Australian Government. He has contributed to improving availability of medicines and health commodities, provided analytics and advice on the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, laboratory capacities, and the electronic Logistics Management Information Systems.

Patrick Stadler
Patrick is a co-founder of Pour Demain, a non-profit for pandemic preparedness and new technologies. He participated in the negotiations on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals as a political advisor for Swiss economic development agency. He worked on strategic communications in peacebuilding and mediation at the UN Department of Political Affairs. He is the co-founder of New Incentives, a Give-Well incubated charity which gives financial incentives to boost childhood immunisation rates in Nigeria.

Dr. Jennifer Cohn
Jennifer is GARDP's lead on global access strategy development and implementation. Jennifer is an infectious disease physician and a clinical associate professor of Infectious Diseases at the Center for Global Health at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Jennifer previously worked at Resolve to Save Lives, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and at Doctors Without Borders (MSF). Jennifer has served on international advisory groups on TB, HIV, non-communicable diseases, and viral hepatitis.

Sam Hilton
Sam runs the research team at Charity Entrepreneurship identifying evidence-based and cost-effective interventions for new charities, with a focus on global development. Sam has 7 years’ experience in UK government and policy roles; these include managing the UK Parliament's cross-party group on Future Generations and leading the UK government team responsible for civil nuclear safety policy. He has also held senior roles at a number of impactful charities such as The Life You Can Save.

Dr. Akhil Bansal
Akhil Bansal is a Policy Fellow on the Center for Global Development, focusing on global health innovation. He is an internal medicine doctor in the UK NHS. Akhil has worked with organisations such as Schmidt Futures, Open Philanthropy, The Life You Can Save, and Ambitious Impact. Akhil won the University of Chicago Market Shaping Accelerator Innovation Challenge. He founded High Impact Medicine and serves on the boards of directors for Ambitious Impact, Fortify Health, and the Oxygen Access Project.

Josh Morrison
Josh is a social entrepreneur and aspiring effective altruist who has founded 1Day Sooner, Waitlist Zero, and the Rikers Debate Project. His work – in the fields of clinical trials, living organ donation, and criminal justice reform – focuses on empowering particular identity groups (research participants, kidney donors, and incarcerated people) to improve decision-making processes. His projects have been covered globally, e.g., in the New York Times, CNN, the Financial Times, the BBC, Der Spiegel, Asahi Shimbun, and the South China Morning Post.
